The Mission of our 2nd Program in the Knowledge is Power series: Empower and encourage people to take care of themselves and focus on their mental health. Learn how to create a well-balanced and well-rounded lifestyle, incorporating things that bring you joy. Trauma and past experiences can be difficult to navigate but together we can talk and find ways to help all of us relax (swimming, gardening, cooking, being with family, pets, friends, talking to a therapist, painting, exercising, meditating, and whatever healthy habit you want to add).
