* Jeanie Donovan serves as the Director of Public Health & Policy at the New Orleans Department of Health & Human Services where she manages strategic initiatives aimed at improving population health outcomes in the city. Prior to this role, she worked as the Policy Director at the Louisiana Department of Health, where she oversaw the development and implementation of major policy initiatives, including COVID-19 policy response, Medicaid eligibility policy, and maternal and child health policy. She holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University New Orleans. In her free time, Jeanie loves to explore the parks and playgrounds of New Orleans with her husband and two young children, Oliver and June.
