*Dr Gerson is a Pediatric Otolaryngologic surgeon, and holds an M.D., a Master’s degree in bioethics and a Doctor of Bioethics degree. She is also mohelet officiating at Brit Milah ceremonies.  She is Adjunct Faculty at Tulane University’s Department of Bioethics and Human Values, where she teaches medical students and master’s degree students.
