The fight over access to medication abortion is headed back to the Supreme Court — and reproductive and religious freedom is at stake. Right now, in Louisiana v. FDA, the Court is actively considering nationwide restrictions on mifepristone, the pill used for medication abortion. Today, NCJW — joined by over 50 diverse faith organizations — filed an amicus brief defending access to this critical medication.
While we’re weighing in at the Supreme Court, there are still lots of things you can do to protect access to mifepristone and medication abortion. We’ve put together five ways for you to get started:

In addition to the Supreme Court case, the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) is poised to roll back approval of mifepristone, which would devastate access to medication abortion. We need to flood HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with postcards to reaffirm that medication abortion is safe, effective, and used by millions!
