It is with great pleasure that we announce Judy Barrasso as the 2022 Hannah G. Solomon honoree! This is the most prestigious award conferred by NCJW, going to an individual who has brought about important programs and services through their leadership in a volunteer capacity, are known for their interest, activity and stands on issues with which NCJW is in sympathy, and has been a catalyst for social change. Judy exemplifies all these ideals.

On Monday, October 24 , 2022, NCJW, Greater New Orleans Section will come together to celebrate our newest Hannah Solomon honoree, Judy Barrasso.
Barrasso is a local attorney who has used her success to mentor, hire, and pave the way for other women. She is a fierce advocate for women and Civil Rights in our State, volunteering her legal expertise to support efforts to maintain abortion rights and Civil Rights.
