The annual Closing Event is a celebration of the culmination of a year of hard work fighting for our ideals. With increased eligibility for vaccinations in our area, many of us will feel more confident to gather in person this May. Others will have a continued need to socially distance, so we are embracing the hybrid model, offering technological access to a physical event.
The program features:
- Report on the year – Outgoing President Susan Hess
- Presentation of proposed slate – Nominating Committee Chair Susan Kierr
- Installation of officers – Kathy Shepard
- Remarks – Incoming President Gail Pesses
- 2021 President’s Award – Dana Shepard and Kathy Shepard
